4. In-App Purchases (IAP) & Virtual Goods
Our games may offer virtual items, virtual currency (e.g., coins, gems, tokens), ad-free upgrades, or boost items ("Virtual Goods") purchasable through authorized
platform billing systems (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
Aspect Terms & Rules
No Real Money Value Virtual Goods have no real-world cash value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred for real money or
physical property
Billing & Processing All financial transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. PUGSDE Solutions
does not store or access your credit card or payment credentials.
Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable except as explicitly required by law or platform policies
(Google Play / Apple App Store refund rules).
Price Modifications We reserve the right to alter, revise, adjust pricing, or discontinue any Virtual Goods or inapp offers
at any time without prior notice.
Data Selling Notice: PUGSDE Solutions does not directly collect, sell, trade, or rent personal user identities to any third-party company.

6. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
When Playing Games Published by PUGSDE Solutions, You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
Using cheats, bots, hacks, automation scripts, exploits, or unauthorized software to manipulate gameplay.
Decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting game source code or assets.
Selling, buying, or trading game accounts, virtual items, or currency for real-world money outside official app store mechanisms.
7. Updates, Maintenance & Availability
We may release mandatory or optional updates to balance gameplay, introduce new levels, or fix technical bugs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted game server availability and are not liable for temporary service interruptions, network maintenance, or local connection issues.
